Kay helped identify providers that would insure me with my unique requirements & conditions. He was also instrumental in chasing and pushing these providers to ensure it was completed accurately and in a timely manner
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
For the most part yes, still very much awaiting Vitality to update and sync their internal systems to reflect the bolt ons to their own products
What could they have done better?
The original data capture / entry form was captured via telephone, which meant spelling mistakes had happened in the transcribe. Time and effort could have been saved by allowing myself to enter the information and questions unique to the providers.... then having a phone call to verify the information afterwards.
